Online therapy in Portland & Oregon
You may be managing work, family, and everyday responsibilities while feeling increasingly disconnected from yourself or the people closest to you. Therapy offers a place to understand what keeps happening and practice a different response.
I’m Dipesh Patel, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Oregon. I provide online individual and couples therapy for adults throughout the state, with a structured, culturally responsive approach that connects insight to everyday change.
Choose where change begins
Individual therapy
For anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, identity questions, family expectations, and major transitions. Together, we explore the patterns that leave you overextended and build practical ways to respond with greater flexibility and intention.
Couples therapy
For recurring conflict, emotional distance, trust concerns, premarital decisions, and the strain of balancing partnership with work and parenthood. Drawing on the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I help couples understand their interaction patterns and practice communication, repair, and connection.
Your context belongs in the conversation
My practice has a particular focus on high-achieving professionals, first-generation and immigrant experiences, Asian and South Asian identities, LGBTQ+ relationships and families, and cross-cultural partnerships. I also support clients navigating fertility treatment, IVF, surrogacy, and the transition to parenthood.
You can make room for your own needs while also exploring what family, culture, commitment, and belonging mean to you.
Available online throughout Oregon
Sessions take place by secure video. I serve adults located in Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Tigard, Salem, Eugene, Bend, Medford, and communities throughout Oregon. This is a telehealth practice; I do not offer appointments at a physical Oregon office.
Whether you live in the Portland metro area or elsewhere in the state, the first step is a conversation about your goals, scheduling, and whether this approach fits your needs.
